Practice for tonight Wednesday 10/12

Coach Armstrong has created a Remind for us for this season.  It's important for Swimmers to sign up as this is the fastest way to contact swimmers in emergency situation at the meets. 

Parents are encouraged to sign up as well, a good idea to be on the same page!

All the swimmers, please arrive at the pool (Mountain View Aquatic Center), ready to go, no later than 7.45pm on Monday and Tuesday.  We will be in the pool promptly at 8pm.

Please arrive no later than 6.15pm on Wednesday, and promptly be in the pool at 6.30pm.

Swim Practices:

All practices are held at Mountain View Aquatic Center

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday practices: 7:15pm to 9:00pm

• Dry land conditioning: 7:15pm - 7:55pm
• Water time: 8pm to 9pm

Wednesday: 6:30p to 8:00p

• Water time is 6:30pm -7:45pm
• 15 minutes of stretching…

Coach Gingles is offering an optional preconditioning dry land (3.45pm - 5pm) for this up coming season.  Swimmers please meet at the track after school at 3.45pm starting tomorrow (Wednesday Oct 5).
