Practice Info - Subject to Change

Swim Practices:

All practices are held at Mountain View Aquatic Center

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday practices: 7:15pm to 9:00pm

• Dry land conditioning: 7:15pm - 7:55pm
• Water time: 8pm to 9pm

Wednesday: 6:30p to 8:00p

• Water time is 6:30pm -7:45pm
• 15 minutes of stretching afterwards

In the pool practice starts Oct 10.

Optional preconditioning dry land will be Oct 5-7 after school. 3:45pm - 5pm.

Dive Practices:

• All practices are held at Central Aquatic Center in Marietta (2x / week).

• Specific practice days will be given to each high school after tryouts.
