**No Diving**

All Entry declarations should be completed by Monday 1/11, otherwise you will be declared as attending. As a reminder all meet absences must be approved by Coach Gingles at least 2 weeks in advance. No shows of meets will result in automatic disqualification of letter.

Should a Student need to be dismissed early from school an email will be sent to Ms. Kennedy and they will have permission to leave at that time (typically 2). You do not need to sign them out. It will give them enough time to get to the pool, get changed, etc. I will send an email to Ms. Kennedy @ school and she will get it taken care of.

**SWIMMING ONLY**

Individual Events: Only those who qualify will compete. The top 30 finishers at prelims (on Friday) will continue to Finals on Saturday.

Relay Events: An A & B Relay for each Relay Event will compete in prelims on Friday. The A Relay will also swim in the Finals on Saturday, unless A relay gets DQ-ed on Friday.
