Email #1 of 3  (Results from Saturday's meet)

Parents,

First, I know none of this is ideal, but I do appreciate everyone adjusting and accommodating to allow your swimmers and divers to compete on Saturday. We had almost everyone there, and we ended up finishing 3rd overall out of 11 teams there on Saturday.  The boys scored 389 points to finish 3rd, and the girls scored 442 points to also finish 3rd.  Combined we scored 831 points to finish 3rd behind Campbell and Cambridge.  We finished ahead of Marietta, Walker, Heritage, Ola, Trinity Christian, Landmark Christian, River Ridge, and Carrollton.  

Individually, we had some great results on Saturday.  Bentley Huff finished 1st in both the 100 Fly (55.17) and the 500 Free (5:01.99).  Jasmine Negron was our other 1st place finisher, defeating 9! state qualified divers and her largest total field of competitors yet (14 total).  Jamie Hockey qualified for the State Meet in the 100 Breast (1:13.96), finishing 3rd overall in the event.  Finally, Annabel Steinle qualified for the Cobb County Meet in the 50 Free (29.28).  All North Cobb results are attached.
